Pay range at hire: $26.00--$28.00 per hour
Lifetime pay range (longevity): $26.00-$34.00 per hour
What You'll Do:
- Lead and mentor a team of CFS Specialists who provide direct support to clients
- Partner with clients and their families to help achieve their dreams and goals
- Coordinate personalized support plans that honor each individual's culture and values
- Ensure exceptional care through scheduling, training, and quality management
- Travel within Tehama County
What You Bring:
- Associate's degree in human services (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3 years' experience in developmental disabilities services
- Valid CA driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong leadership skills and a passion for serving others
- Excellent communication abilities, including working with diverse communities
- Bilingual (Spanish)
