We’re hiring a Bilingual DSP / Coordinated Family Support Specialist to help coordinate services and create life-changing experiences for people with developmental disabilities.
What You’ll Do:
- Help clients achieve their dreams and life goals by teaching essential life skills
- Assist with case management and connect clients to resources
- Lead individual and group learning sessions
- Support clients in their family homes and community settings

What You Need:
- Associate’s Degree or 3 years of experience in social work or a similar field
- Clean driving record, valid driver’s license, and reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test (we cover the costs!)
- CPR/First Aid certification before hire (we’ll cover the cost!)
- Bonus: Experience with disabilities and the Regional Center system
- Bilingual (Spanish)
