Janitorial Custodian

We're looking to expand our Facilities Team with a Janitorial Custodian. This job is perfect for someone who enjoys independent, hands-on work and whose schedule can be somewhat flexible based on demand. This is a full-time position where you'd be working 30-40 hours a week.

• Self-motivated and takes pride in their work
• Has proven working experience as a Janitor
• Able to handle heavy equipment and machinery
• Has knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Is familiar with Material Safety Data Sheets

JOB DUTIES:

• Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc)
• Travel will be required with company car provided
• Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Carrying out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
• Stock and maintain supply rooms
• Additional duties requested by Facility Manager

SCHEDULE/SHIFT TYPES:
The schedule will be somewhat flexible and dependent on reservation dates. Offices will be cleaned after 5 pm on weeknights. Travel and janitorial services in Trinity Center and home rental will be based on reservation check out and check-in dates/times.

• High school diploma or GED
• Must have had a Drivers License at least years
• A working vehicle, valid driver's license, valid auto insurance
• Pass criminal background check and drug test (WE PAY!)
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
