This job requires availability Tuesday-Saturday (3:00pm-7:00pm). You'd be working with clients in Hornbrook, Montague, Yreka, Grenada and Lake Shastina. You must live within the service area of Yreka/Mount Shasta.

WHO ARE WE:
As a coach with Compass, you will help adults with developmental disabilities live interdependently in their own homes through Independent Living Services. We walk beside our clients offering life skills instruction and mentorship. Every client's needs are unique to them and our teams work together to ensure each client receives the exact services they need.

ILS COACH REQUIREMENTS:
- Willingness to learn: no college degree is required, but must be teachable
- Must be excellent at scheduling and knowledgable about community resources
- Must have a car, insurance, valid driver's license
- Must pass a criminal background check

- Must be available evenings
- CPR and First Aid certification must be completed before hire (WE'LL PAY!)
