What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrator position at Compass Surgical Partners?
Compass Surgical Partners is in growth mode and seeking an Administrator for its location in Greenville, SC. The Administrator is in charge of managing a large surgical facility specializing in Gastroenterology. They will have responsibility for managing all aspects of a large surgical facility and ensuring efficient operations, exceeding customer expectations. This position will serve as a liaison between the Governing Board, Medical Staff and departments as well as manage daily operations of the facility.
What we are seeking:
- Prior professional experience working with health care systems and/or health care providers in a surgical setting
- Gastroenterology, Ophthalmology and/or Pain Management experience strongly preferred
- Clinical experience as an RN preferred, but not required
- Ability to manage a P&L and have proven financial oversight in previous roles
- Previous experience managing large teams of people directly
- Familiarity with compliance and quality improvement
