Data Center Operations Technician
Location : Columbus Metro Area
Schedule : Rotating 3-4 days per week; 12 Hr. Shift

What You’ll Do :
Hardware Troubleshooting and Repair : Diagnose and resolve complex hardware issues across servers and network devices.
Root Cause Analysis : Conduct in-depth investigations to identify and eliminate the root causes of system failures.
System Health Monitoring : Proactively monitor system performance metrics to prevent outages and optimize efficiency.
Infrastructure Upgrades and Migrations : Contribute to and lead projects involving the deployment, maintenance, and support of current and future data center infrastructure.
Independent Problem-Solving : Take ownership of complex troubleshooting tasks and resolve escalated technical issues impacting a large number of devices.
What You’ll Need :
0-2 years of computer hardware or networking concepts
Ability to work non-standard working hours and differing rotations / shifts.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
