We are seeking a Support Engineer II to assist with the manual process of releasing mobile shopping apps.
About the Role :
In this role, you will be responsible for the manual process of releasing mobile shopping apps. Responsibilities include working with teams to test and sign-off on the release in a timely fashion, creating release plans with accurate details, as well as writing email release updates to developer teams.
Responsibilities :
- Work with partner developer teams for any required testing to make sure the app is ready for release.
- Create the release plan, get approved, then upload to Apple / Google Play Store.
- Ensure correct data is being input such as version number, etc.
- Release apps on iOS and Android.
