Provides support to end users on a variety of issues. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems. Responds to telephone calls, email, and personnel requests for technical support. Documents, tracks, and monitors problems to ensure timely resolution. This role will focus heavily on data collection and testing within a lab environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities :
- Building and testing new hardware for RFID format.
- Conducting physical data collection with items and holding patterns.
- Collecting and outputting data (no analysis required).
- Tagging items with RFID.
- Reliably executing test plans.
- Working in a lab space.
