Job Summary :
The Change Management Analyst is focused on the multi-year implementation of an ERP system upgrade across the organization and is responsible for working collaboratively with the project teams to curate and deliver training content to both current and newly onboarded application users. The position is hybrid and based in Charlotte, NC.
Responsibilities :
- Work with Organizational Change Management Team (OCM) team to create content specific for SAP S / 4 deployment groups.
- Work collaboratively with the SAP S / 4 program project managers and team coaches to develop and create training materials for the overall training program.
- Manage and create content withing the Whatfix digital adoption platform software.
- Manage and curate content for use with AI Bot support / training tool.
- Deliver training to operators and users as required.
- Manage and deliver onboarding training to project team members as required.
- Identify best practices within the role and strive to improve processes and efficiencies.
- Travel as needed (less than 10%)
