Channel Sales Manager

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Channel Sales Manager to join our team and help drive business growth with Channel Partners to provide real-time situational awareness for the connected workforce. Our innovative solutions support Defense, Federal Government, State and Local Government, First Responders, Public Works, DOT, and Utility workflows.
Position Overview: The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our existing channel partners in the United States. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong relationship management skills and the communications skill to empower our Channel to drive sales at the account level. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in channel sales management, with a proven track record of driving partner success and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and nurture relationships with existing channel partners, providing ongoing training and support to maximize sales opportunities.
· Develop and execute strategic plans to drive partner engagement and performance while collaborating with internal teams to align initiatives with company goals.
· Empower the Channel via webinar, joint customer site visits, and at trade shows.
· Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge and support the Channel sales team with product demonstrations.
· Be prepared for up to 25% travel to support channel sales efforts and strengthen partner relationships.
Qualifications:
· 2 years of experience in channel sales management, preferably within the GIS, telematics, or wireless technology sectors.
· Strong understanding of partner relationship management, sales strategies, and ability to motivate the Channel to be our face to the customer.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
· Experience with Esri GIS solutions, Land Mobile Radios (LMR), Wireless technologies, and GPS device tracking is a plus.
· Focus on Channel Management experience of a technology or software product. Willing to train applicant on CompassCom technology and benefits to the market.
