Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Geospatial Sales Specialist to join our team. This individual will be dedicated to the sales of CompassData products and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a true sales personality, with a passion for building relationships, closing deals, and driving business growth. As a Geospatial Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and increasing revenue. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and representing CompassData at industry events and trade shows. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional to make a significant impact in a fast-paced and innovative company.
Key Responsibilities:
· Drive revenue growth by selling CompassData's geospatial solutions, including GCPs, LiDAR, Mobile Mapping, and UAV-based services.
· Identify and engage new clients, develop sales strategies, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
· Build and maintain strong client relationships, attend industry events, and represent CompassData at trade shows and conferences.
· Collaborate with the technical team to ensure client requirements are met and solutions are effectively implemented.
· Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
· 4-5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in geospatial or related industries.
· Proven track record of successful sales and revenue generation.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Geospatial Science, or a related field is preferred.
