Job description
Anderson Creek is an Social Rehabilitation Facility Program that specializes in the treatment and rehabilitation of clients with mental health illness. The 24-hour residential facility mission is to help clients to regain optimal functionality in order to reenter their community and live healthy independent lives.
Under the direction and supervision of the Administrator, the Facility Manager performs a variety of programs and social activities in the facility, supports the Administrator in daily operations of the facility and performs related work as required.
Supervision Received:
The Facility Manager receives supervision and directions from the Facility Administrator.
Supervision Exercised:
None.
Duties:
- Facilitate and conduct rehabilitation activities as directed by the Administrator.
- Keep records and prepare written reports on incidents.
- Communicate the SRF rules and objectives to clients, document and immediately report noncompliance to the Administrator.
- Participate with the Administrator and other management staff in planning and implementing the services program.
- Ensure documentation and proper reporting to appropriate authorities are timely and accurate.
- Ensure compliance with licensing agencies.
- Monitor and maintain a line of sight on all clients to ensure their safety.
- Report any sign of pre-crisis behavior to the Administrator.
- Performs maintenance, safety and management tasks that promote a clean and safe working environment for the building’s employees and clients.
- Delegating cleaning and maintenance tasks to team members
- Monitoring the safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas, such as living and sleeping areas, and indoor/outdoor recreation spaces
- Scheduling routine inspections and emergency repairs with outside vendors
- Ensuring proper security measures for the workplace, including collaborating with security system vendors.
- Maintaining day-to-day operations of facilities, such as completing maintenance orders.
- Creating reports on maintenance, repairs, safety and other occurrences for supervisors and other relevant staff.
- Collaborating with upper management on budgeting for facilities needs
- Maintain facility inventory including food and supplies.
- Will participate in clients’ assessments and evaluations, crisis counseling, case management, safety maintenance, referrals, chart recording, and other duties as directed.
- May accompany clients to offsite community resources or events.
- May conduct group/activities sessions with clients.
- May take clients to out of facility appointments.
- Other duties as assigned.
Educational Qualifications:
Graduation from high school or possess a GED.
Experience:
Minimum of one year of full-time work experience providing direct care and supervision to clients with mental health illness.
License/Certification Required:
CPR Certification Required.
Must pass physical health and drug screening tests and must pass criminal background check.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
