- Assist with mobility and physical activities, including lifting clients when necessary.
- Engage clients in social activities to promote emotional well-being and reduce feelings of isolation.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to create tailored care plans.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
Experience
- Previous experience in senior care or caregiving roles is preferred.
- Background in social work or nursing is a plus but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with patient monitoring techniques and medication administration is beneficial.
- Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum is highly desirable.
