We are currently seeking to fill the Medical Receptionist position in our Fresno office:
-Acute care experience preferred
-Compensation based upon experience

This is a very fast paced position within a bustling business that requires attention to detail. Phone calls are the number one priority second to receiving guests and accommodating office staff. There are a variety of other clerical tasks aside from the incoming calls and guests. As a receptionist, you are the first point of contact and the face/voice of our company.

Duties
- Maintains a smooth comfortable environment for office staff and guests.
- Greet everyone that walks into the office with exceptional customer service.
- Answer phone calls and direct the calls appropriately.
- Keep a very detailed record of all calls and visitors that come in.
- Take care of all medical record requests.
- Ensure that all common areas are clean, tidy and stocked appropriately.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar service-oriented role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Docs.
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines, printers, etc).
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Exceptional customer service attitude and positivity at all times, and with all whom you encounter.
