We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team in a dynamic office environment. This role is essential for ensuring smooth daily operations and providing excellent administrative support to our staff.
Responsibilities
- Supporting daily office operations, including supporting field staff, referral sources, and managerial staff in the office.
- Perform clerical duties such as timely reports, answering phone calls, oversee receiving and sending faxes, etc.
- Provide exceptional and Professional customer service skills as a Hospice Administrative Assistant.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to support various projects and initiatives.
Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative role or as an office clerk is preferred.
- Familiarity with Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) is essential.
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist is advantageous but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail are necessary for success in this role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
