Compassionate Home Health Care is currently seeking DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONALS (DSP's) / CNA / Home Health Aide to care for a client in . Experience working with the disabled preferred, but not required.

Hiring all shifts!

New Pay Rates available for direct care of developmentally challenged individuals and / or private clients.
All new hires will complete a PAID ON-SITE TRAINING PROGRAM that will review all functions of residential day-to-day care, CPR, Hoyer training, lifting, transferring, and daily care.

Job Responsibilities :

Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) e.g. cleaning, cooking, laundry, and personal care hygiene.

Monitor, document, and report any changes in individuals, emotional, physical, and mental health in a timely manner.

Provide a safe, healthy, and clean environment for the individual and yourself.

Prior experience working with individuals with challenging behaviors is desired.

Acts to prevent potential crisis situations and implements behavior support plan.

Requirements :

High School Diploma or GED

Valid Driver's License

CPR Certification preferred, but company will provide training

Must be willing to work 2 weekends per month
