Compassionate Home Health Care, Inc. is currently seeking and LPN and / or RN for the New Castle, PA area to provide exceptional nursing care, assessments, medication administration, and preforming daily ADLs & IADLs
Part-time
This is for Saturdays and Sundays only.

- Please note this is not a work from home position, the employee would work in the clients home
All new hires will complete a Paid-onsite training program that will review all functions of residential day-to-day care, including but not limited to medication administration, charting, assessments, and daily care. Some of the job responsibilities include : assess and chart observations of the patient's conditions each visit, complete evaluation tasks, including medication and vital signs, dress or redress wounds and assess the healing process, provide education to the patient and / or family on proper home health care procedures and strategies, coordinate with physicians, PT, OT, and other individuals in the patient's care plan.
