Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to patients in their homes, assisting them with daily activities and ensuring their well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care services to patients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist patients with mobility and transfers
- Support patients with meal preparation and feeding
- Administer medication reminders as directed by healthcare professionals
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
- Monitor and report changes in patient health status to the supervising nurse or healthcare provider
Skills:
- Experience in patient care, home care, or caregiving preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Ability to provide compassionate care for seniors and individuals with dementia
- Proficiency in lifting and transferring patients safely
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a home community care setting
