Duties
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive and caring environment.
- Help clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety during lifting and moving tasks.
- Administer first aid as necessary and respond appropriately to any emergencies.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks.
- Support clients with medication reminders and adherence to prescribed health regimens.
- Respect and uphold resident rights while providing care tailored to individual needs.
- Document daily activities, changes in client condition, and any concerns that arise during visits.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in senior care or home community care is preferred.
- Knowledge of memory care techniques and working with individuals with disabilities is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required for client mobility assistance.
- Certification in first aid or CPR is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.

- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently while following established protocols.

Pay: $10.25 - $12.00 per hour
