Position Overview: The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and facilitating smooth operations between our agency and the clients we serve. This role requires a strong background in client relations, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the home care industry. Must have reliable transportation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and their families.
- Service Coordination: Work closely with the care team to ensure that all client needs are being met effectively. Coordinate care services, monitor quality, and ensure compliance with agency standards and regulations.
- Client Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for new clients, including assessing their needs, developing personalized care plans, and ensuring a smooth transition.
- Account Growth: Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion, including cross-selling additional services. Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, prepare reports on client satisfaction, and track service metrics. Provide regular updates to management on account status and performance.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including caregivers, administrative staff, and management, to ensure seamless service delivery and address any operational issues.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role, preferably within the home care or healthcare industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.
- Knowledge: Understanding of home care services, industry regulations, and best practices. Familiarity with relevant software and tools is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred. Relevant certifications or training in home care management is an advantage.
- Attributes: Empathetic, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Must have Home Healthcare sales experience
