Position Overview: The Administrator will oversee the daily operations of the agency, ensuring compliance with state regulations, and will be instrumental in the licensing process. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a startup environment, contributing to the development of policies, procedures, and community outreach initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Organize and supervise the administrative functions of the organization.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain ongoing liaison with the governing body, professional personnel, and staff to ensure adherence to state regulations.
- Staff Management: Employ qualified personnel, ensuring adequate orientation, training, education, and evaluation.
- Public Relations: Ensure the accuracy of public information materials and activities.
- Financial Oversight: Implement effective budgeting and accounting systems.
- Policy Implementation: Execute policies and procedures approved by the governing body.
- Community Engagement: Lead efforts in client acquisition and outreach to establish a strong presence in the community.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of training and experience in direct health care service delivery.
- At least one year within the last five years of supervisory or administrative management experience in home health care or a related health program.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Compensation:
- Part-Time (Pre-Licensure Phase): $22–$26 per hour, commensurate with experience.
- Full-Time (Post-Licensure Phase): Transition to a salaried position ranging from $50,000 to $60,000 annually, based on qualifications and performance.
