Assessment Clinician Supervisor- LIMHP

Compassionate Services and Consulting (CSC) is a social services agency based out of Omaha, providing residential and day program services to participants in Nebraska with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Compassionate Services and Consulting strives for the highest degree of ethical person-centered practices in order to best serve one of our community’s most vulnerable population.

Compassionate Services and Consulting (CSC) is searching for a full or part-time clinician to complete Functional Behavioral Assessments. This position is a perfect supplement to a private practice or community therapy position. Self-scheduling position, with ability to work when it fits your schedule. Training and support will be provided throughout.

Job Duties:

• Guide and direct assigned staff and will support and create new strategies to provide quality services to individuals.
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA).
• Use appropriate assessment instruments to assess behavioral functions.
• Establish data collection and analyze data to assess behavioral functions.
• Once behavioral function hypothesis is determined, develop behavioral interventions based on function.
• Write FBA reports that address behavioral function and appropriate behavioral intervention.
• Train staff on behavioral interventions.
• Conduct fidelity checks to ensure training was effective.
• Attend meetings to communicate findings with the team.

• Assessment Clinician ensures that all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner
• Assessment Clinician ensures each individuals’ rights are protected
• Assessment Clinician treats all individuals with dignity and respect.
• Assessment Clinician will complete any training and background checks required by CSC and Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services.

Schedule: Self-Directed, Hybrid telehealth/in person schedule

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree from an accredited college or University in the field of Social Work, Clinical Counseling, or other related field that supports licensure as an Independent Mental Health Practitioner.
• Minimal licensure required: LIMHP
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Must meet background and reference requirements.
• Reliable Vehicle with Proof of Auto Insurance.
• Clean Driving Record. No suspensions & less than three tickets in three years.
• Computer/smart phone skills sufficient to complete required documentation.
