The Campaign Manager will be critical in driving the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote the company’s products, services, and brand. They will oversee digital and traditional marketing strategies, ensure consistent messaging, and optimize campaigns to meet or exceed performance goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Planning & Strategy: Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversions. Align campaign goals with overall marketing strategy and company objectives.
- Project Management: Manage the end-to-end campaign process, including scheduling, resource allocation, and deadlines to ensure all campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- Creative Collaboration: Collaborate with content, design, and digital teams to create engaging assets that align with campaign goals and resonate with target audiences.
- Channel Management: Oversee the implementation of campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, paid advertising, SEO, and offline channels like events and direct mail.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance. Make data-driven recommendations for optimizations to increase ROI and campaign effectiveness.
- Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency while maximizing reach and engagement.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for campaign stakeholders, providing regular updates and gathering feedback to optimize future campaigns.
- Market Research: Stay current with the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies. Continuously improve campaign tactics based on market analysis and emerging trends.
- Compliance: Ensure all campaigns adhere to legal, regulatory, and company standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience managing marketing campaigns, preferably in a B2B or tech environment.
- Proficiency in HubSpot marketing automation platform.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with data to drive decisions.
- Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.
- Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail.
- Experience with A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization tactics.
- Knowledge of paid digital media, SEO, and SEM strategies.
- Experience in managing and optimizing campaigns for lead generation and pipeline
