- Lead the creative vision for all marketing and branding initiatives
- Oversee the development of visual and written content for digital and traditional marketing channels
- Direct the creation of sales enablement materials, including presentations, proposals, and case studies
- Manage and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and content creators
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate complex IT concepts into accessible content
- Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints
- Drive innovation in content creation and marketing approaches

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 7 years of creative experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Previous experience in technology, SaaS, or IT services industry
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand development and integrated marketing campaigns
- Expert knowledge of design software and digital marketing tools
- Excellent project management and team leadership skills
- Experience working with B2B technology companies
- Understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and cybersecurity concepts
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms
- Experience with video production and motion graphics
- MBA or additional relevant certifications
- Strategic thinking and creative problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Understanding of current design trends and marketing best practices
