Qualifications Include:
2 or more years’ experience in a similar role preferred
Strong Customer Service skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Deadline driven
Passion for planning
Adaptability to project shifting or fluctuating
Preferred system experience using ticketing systems (Connectwise, ServiceNow, etc)
Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized
Vibrant and willing to contribute to a fun atmosphere

As a key member of our team, you will:
Provide a high level of customer service-customer facing
Schedule small and large projects for our existing clients
Coordinate tasks, projects, meetings with clients and team leads
Manage the workflow of the project, communicate the schedules to the clients, and work with team leads on scheduling
Deliver project effectively
Set up project in system
Understand the timeline
Keep track of deadlines
Assigning responsibilities and ensuring teams stay within timeline
Overseeing progress and providing updates to clients
Reviewing and identifying any over budget projects
Liaise between clients and team
Assist with management regarding client expectations, timelines, and relationships
Ensure projects are being handled and delivered on time
Ensure all components of the project have arrived and are available to hand off to the engineering team
