Position Summary:
The Resident Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact between the construction team and residents, ensuring effective communication, coordination of access, and oversight of unit conditions to maintain resident satisfaction throughout the construction process.
Key Responsibilities:
Resident Communication: Distribute timely notices to residents regarding construction schedules, relocation plans, and any changes affecting their living conditions.
Access Coordination: Facilitate and manage access to residential units for construction activities, ensuring minimal disruption to residents' daily routines.
Daily Inspections: Conduct daily inspections of units to verify cleanliness and adherence to the defined scope of work, promptly addressing any issues that arise.
Issue Resolution: Act as a mediator to resolve any concerns or complaints from residents related to construction activities, escalating matters when necessary.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of communications, inspections, and resident feedback to ensure transparency and accountability.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience in construction or maintenance, property management, or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse resident populations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and documentation processes.
Working Conditions:
- Regular on-site presence within residential units during construction phases.
- Flexibility to address resident concerns outside of standard working hours, as needed.
- Collaboration with construction personnel, property management, and residents to ensure project success and resident satisfaction.
This his role is pivotal in bridging the gap between construction operations and resident well-being, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently while maintaining a high standard of resident care.
This position requires traveling between two sites so transportation is required. A fuel subsidy will be provided and there Is a performance based bonus as well.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
