This position offers a hybrid option to allow for occasional remote work, primarily working out of the Rochester, MN or Mankato, MN office(s)
The contributions you will make :
This position supports the Agri-Access lending program through professional, high-quality client service to internal and external clients. Primary responsibilities include transaction analysis and documentation; systems accounting, reporting and monitoring; portfolio servicing; and overall client service and support. Works very closely with Originators, 3rd Party Investors, Direct Borrowers, Relationship Managers, Financial Operations, and other Agri-Access team members throughout all phases of loan / lease cycles including post close servicing, documentation and final exit (payoff, restructure, foreclosure, REO etc.).

The actual title and base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as : training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role is eligible for variable compensation and other benefits.
Base Pay
45,900—$65,000 USD
