Overview
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Recent Graduates to join our Sales team as a Sales Representative/Business development executive, you will support the lead generation process and help identify potential business opportunities. This is an excellent opportunity for Recent Graduates to gain hands-on experience in sales, customer engagement, and business development within a fast-paced IT environment.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
· As a Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for promoting our virtual assistant and customer service representative services to businesses across various industries.
· Your role involves physically visiting potential customers to showcase the benefits of our remote workforce solutions.
Duties
· Conduct in-person visits to prospective clients to present our virtual assistant and customer service solutions.
· Demonstrate the value of remote workforce solutions in enhancing business operations and customer satisfaction.
· Identify client needs and tailor our services to meet their specific requirements.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular face-to-face meetings and follow-ups.
· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
· Collaborate with our virtual team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Recent graduate or a degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- Strong interest in sales, business development, or the cybersecurity / IT industry.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools and lead generation methods is a plus (but not required).
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Enthusiasm for networking and building relationships with potential customers.
