Qualifications :
Active North Carolina PT License : Required.
Education : Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Experience : 1 years of experience in long-term care or rehab preferred. New graduates are encouraged to apply!
Skills : Expertise in evaluation and treatment plan development, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Recent Health Screening : Negative PPD within the last 12 months or chest X-ray within the last 5 years.
Reliable Transportation :
Essential.
Clean Background Check : Required.
Responsibilities :
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to assess physical limitations and functional abilities.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore function, improve mobility, and reduce pain.
Provide direct patient care utilizing therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and assistive devices.
Monitor, document, and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress.
Educate patients and families on exercises, techniques, and injury prevention strategies.
Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
