Competent Medical Solutions is currently seeking Physical Therapists (PTs) for contract and per diem positions in various locations throughout North Carolina. We are looking for dedicated professionals who are committed to providing high-quality care in long-term care and rehab settings.

Flexible Scheduling : Choose shifts that work best for you.
Scheduling : PRN or Contract
Pay Range : $50-$60 / hr
Weekly Pay : Receive payment every week.
Qualifications :
Active PT License : Must be currently licensed in North Carolina.
Education : Graduate of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program / ACOTE School / ASHA School.
Experience : Minimum of 1 year of experience in long-term care or rehab settings.
Skills : Proficiency in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans; strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
Fully Vaccinated : COVID card and booster required.
Recent Health Screening : Negative PPD within the last 12 months or chest X-ray within the last 5 years.
Reliable Transportation : Must have dependable means of getting to work.
Conduct Comprehensive Evaluations : Assess patients' physical abilities and limitations.
Develop Treatment Plans : Create and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' needs.
Provide Direct Care : Utilize therapeutic techniques, exercises, and modalities to improve patients' physical function and mobility.
Monitor Progress : Regularly evaluate and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Collaborate with Team : Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
Educate Patients : Guide patients and their families on exercises, techniques, and lifestyle modifications to support recovery and maintain health.
