What You'll Do: As a Service Advisor, you will be the face of our Service Department. Your mission is to provide a premium customer experience by:
- Managing the flow of the Drive Lane and ensuring prompt, professional service
- Acting as a customer liaison, both in person and over the phone, to resolve concerns and provide support
- Building lasting relationships through trust, professionalism, and exceptional service
- Ensuring service hours are efficiently booked and sold each day
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking someone who is:
- Experienced – Prior Service Advisor experience is strongly preferred
- Personable – Professional, courteous, and an excellent communicator
- Driven – Self-motivated and ready to take initiative in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy – CDK experience is a plus (but not required)
- Reliable – You have a clean driving record and are willing to undergo a background check
