With state-of-the-art technology, a client-focused approach, and a fast-growing business expansion model, we’re seeking an Operations Manager to help lead the charge in maintaining excellence across our locations in San Jose and Santa Clara.

Mission of the Role:
As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating all business operations to achieve both quarterly and yearly objectives. Your leadership will be critical in ensuring the execution of key projects, maintaining business profitability, and fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and growth. You will be directly responsible for implementing the vision of the CEO, streamlining business processes, and removing barriers to ensure continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage business operations to achieve quarterly and yearly financial goals
• Lead, manage, and hold accountable cross-departmental staff, ensuring top performance while upholding company culture and standards.
• Execute strategic initiatives, track KPIs, and lead quarterly and yearly projects to enhance business efficiency.
• Oversee recruitment and staff development, ensuring our team continues to grow with top talent.
• Ensure legal and HR compliance across all locations, maintaining a 100% accuracy rate in all operational matters.
• Support the CEO by managing day-to-day operations and team dynamics, ensuring smooth business functions.

Your Key Impact:

• Achieve and maintain a profit margin of 20% or more by streamlining operations and driving team success.
• Be the central force that keeps the business on track by implementing and refining business processes.
• Serve as the go-to leader for teams across all departments, ensuring each individual hits their KPIs and grows professionally.
• Protect the CEO’s focus and time by managing operational and people-related tasks with precision and care.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in operations management, preferably within a healthcare or service-based industry.
• Success in leading, managing, and holding accountable staff to achieve both individual and team goals.
• Strong project management skills and a knack for simplifying and optimizing business processes.
• A strategic thinker with a passion for fostering a positive company culture while achieving measurable business results.
• Knowledge of legal and HR compliance is a plus.
• Thrives in a fast-growing small business environment 
• Must have 3 years of experience in business operations/management 

• $80,000 - $100,000 commensurate with experience
