What You’ll Do :

Be the lead clinician and director at a new Competitive Edge location in the Bay Area.

Represent the Competitive Edge Physical Therapy brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Build and manage a thriving caseload, driving the clinic to full capacity.

Network and cultivate relationships within the community to establish our clinic as the premier choice for rehabilitation.

Collaborate with our leadership team to maintain and exceed clinical and operational excellence.

Competitive Edge PT is an established cash-based practice with two locations in the Bay Area and growth plans to expand to additional locations. Using industry leading technology like 3D motion sensors, pressure instrumented treadmills, dual force plates, BFR cuffs, and muscle EMG sensors, we aim to stay on the forefront of utilization data to drive clinical outcomes and improve the rehab experience. We have strong relationships with local clubs and sports teams like the MLS San Jose Earthquakes.

Who We’re Looking For :

A licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy with a strong clinical background and experience managing and growing a team.
