We are seeking an experienced Operations Voice Manager to assist in directing and managing our program's executive support group. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a Department of Defense (DoD) customer environment and effective integration with a multi-contractor team.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain voice communication systems, including VoIP, VoSIP, ACD, and TDM technologies, ensuring 24x7x365 availability and performance.
- Develop and execute a formal preventive maintenance program to ensure all voice infrastructure is up to date with patches and vendor upgrades, meeting security and compliance requirements.
- Continuously monitor voice system performance, report on metrics, and take corrective actions to maintain optimal service levels.
- Manage customer incident tickets, troubleshoot, and resolve issues to restore full operational capabilities swiftly.
- Maintain and update all documentation related to voice services and equipment, ensuring compatibility with long-distance and local exchange networks.
Qualifications/Experience
- Active TS/SCI Clearance required.
- 10 years of relevant experience in voice communications technology.
- Strong technical knowledge of telecommunications equipment and systems management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with team members, stakeholders, and customers.
Education/Certifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field required.
- Security Plus Certification required.
