What You’ll Do:

• Master the Process: Accurately handle and process both physical and digital records, ensuring smooth workflow and attention to detail. This includes downloading/uploading medical records, study films, and handling x-rays from various sources such as doctor offices and film libraries.
• Software and Technology: Navigate through different types of software to manage records, burn CDs, and manage film libraries.
• Shipping and Documentation: Use UPS to ship documents and track shipments using tracking numbers.
• Quality Control Expert: Review and prepare documents for delivery, ensuring all records meet our high standards before reaching the client.
• Problem-Solver: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve client concerns swiftly and efficiently.
• Stay Organized: Maintain daily reports on completed work, and provide clear explanations for any backlog or delays.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or degree is a plus.
• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Tech Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to quickly learn internet-based software systems.
• Shipping and Tracking Knowledge: Experience with UPS or other shipping systems is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
