The Marketing Team, within the Strategic, Community & Specialized Pharmacy (SCS) segment at McKesson, is seeking a Marketing Manager to manage marketing activities for our Health Mart and Health Mart Atlas pharmacies. The ideal candidate will have successful experience in B2B marketing to create compelling content, execute campaigns and maximize communication channels to promote solutions and customer retention.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Write/edit content for customer communications for Health Mart and Health Mart Atlas members.
- Create content for Health Mart News and Health Mart Atlas Press newsletters and post articles to the News Center
- Create sales support materials
Program/Content Management
- Organize, coordinate, track and communicate project timetables, deadlines and approvals in conjunction with appropriate stakeholders and production/design team.
- Submit and monitor creative requests through Marketo, Workfront, Optimizely
- Provide support to the sales team by ensuring content is updated and maintained on Highspot
- In partnership with the Digital Content Manager, ensure all Health Mart and Health Mart Atlas content is current on all platforms
Analytics
- Provide frequent reporting on campaign performance from Marketo, Salesforce and Highspot
- Monitor engagement with posts on digital platforms
Minimum Requirement
Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4 years of relevant experience.
Education
Four-year degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field or equivalent experience
Critical Skills
- Experience developing, executing, and tracking successful marketing communications campaigns
- Excellent organization, execution and project management capabilities with attention to detail
- Proficient at managing multiple projects with tight and often competing deadlines
Additional Skills
- Knowledge of Teams and SharePoint Planner
- Experience with marketing automation systems such as Marketo
- Experience partnering with field sales and using Salesforce (SFDC)
- Experience with Highspot preferred
- Healthcare industry experience and/or with pharmacy and managed care solutions helpful

- Traditional office environment and work from home.

- Large percent of time performing computer-based work is required.
