Duties And Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product, development, and training teams to identify learning needs and design effective instructional materials.
- Develop and maintain e-learning modules, training guides, manuals, and other instructional content for software products.
- Apply instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and best practices to create engaging and effective training solutions.
- Conduct needs assessments and evaluate learning gaps to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Design and deliver training programs for internal teams and external clients on software functionalities and best practices.
- Implement assessment tools and metrics to measure training effectiveness and learner performance.
- Continuously review and update existing training materials based on user feedback, software updates, and industry trends.
- Facilitate live training sessions, webinars, and workshops as needed.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in instructional design and software development to improve training approaches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent and cohesive learning experience across platforms.
Qualifications
- Instructional Designer degree preferred.
- Curriculum Development experience.
- eLearning Development storyboarding experience.
- LMS experience.
- Multimedia content creation (video, audio, graphics).
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Technical skills: Articulate 360, Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, Adobe.
