About the Job
The Practice Manager will manage and influence a satellite clinic in our growing network but run it like it’s an independent business.
The Practice Manager will manage and influence a satellite clinic in our growing network but run it like it’s an independent business.
Boxes we’d like you to check:
- Can work collaboratively with Operations Director.
- Being accountable for operational activities across multiple disciplines.
- Knows how to manage a team of front desk associates in accepting and processing and onboarding referrals.
- Works well with others, both inside and outside the company.
- Has fluency in computer systems and the has ability to learn new programs rapidly.
- An understanding of HIPPA and how to adhere to its policies.
- Ability to pass background clearance and reference checks.
Some other traits we like to see:
- Knowledge of occupational, physical, speech and ABA therapies.
- Works ethically and with integrity.
- Has driven growth and scaled a business via daily operations management and execution of a strategic plan.
Requirements
- Pass a Background Check
- Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred
- 2 years working in the healthcare industry
- Computer fluency
- Understanding of adherence to HIPPA
