The Front Desk Patient Advocate (FDPA) will act as the “face” of the Compleat KiDZ clinic, providing excellent customer service while also onboarding new patients, managing their treatment schedules, and providing billing and payment collection support.

Qualifications
- Pass a Background Check
- High School Diploma
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role
- Outstanding customer service experience
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Healthcare knowledge is preferred but not required
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office, Emails, etc.
- Ability to multi-task
- Must be proactive, organized, attentive to details, reliable, and willingness to learn
- Must be positive, patient, friendly, and professional when speaking to clients
- Onboard new patients including completing evaluations for pediatric therapy.
- Manage treatment schedules including scheduling, re-scheduling, cancellations, follow-ups, etc.
- Processes check in and/or check out, point of service activities and/or scheduling of patient appointments via KURE.
- Providing billing and payment collection support
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails
- Greets and interacts with patients/visitors in a professional manner, on phone or in person.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Serves as a resource to other Associates by mentoring, training, and assisting in the direction of daily operations. Acts as internal and external point of contact.
- Maintains efficient flow of practice and escalates patient and/or provider concerns as appropriate.
- Adheres to HIPAA privacy and security requirements. Ensures compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulatory standards.
