Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a high-performance sales team to expand partnerships and increase patient access to care.
• Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to drive sustained growth across all clinics.
• Optimize the referral pipeline, ensuring seamless collaboration with healthcare providers, schools, and community partners.
• Break barriers—not just hit goals but redefine what’s possible in pediatric and adult therapy sales.
• Fuel expansion efforts by identifying new market opportunities and strengthening existing relationships.
  
  

Requirements

• A high-energy, results-driven sales leader with a proven track record in healthcare, therapy services, or a related industry.
• Experience in business development, partnerships, and sales strategy execution.
• A relentless pursuit of growth and the ability to inspire a team to exceed expectations.
