The VP of Operations works closely with the executive team to implement initiatives that support growth, improve performance, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies.
- Collaborate with the executive team to establish operational goals.
- Streamline business processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing operations team.
- Develop and manage the operations budget.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal, and industry standards.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of operational leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
- Proven track record of managing complex operations and delivering measurable improvements in efficiency and performance.
- Strong strategic planning and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
- Proficiency in operational technologies and data analytics tools.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving operational excellence.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration across departments.
