Position Overview:
As an Account Executive at Compleat Restorations, you’ll play a key role in developing and maintaining a base of local clients and driving new business to achieve established annual sales goals. You’ll utilize top-notch communication skills to leverage customer needs with our team’s capabilities, identify opportunities for growth, and foster strong relationships in our community. Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, you’ll have a hunter mentality and work with moderate guidance in your own area of knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively prospect and secure new business opportunities with a focus on commercial clients, property managers, facilities teams, and real estate agents.
- Develop and execute strategies for identifying new clients, with a particular focus on businesses managing large-scale properties and projects.
- Be a leading expert on Compleat’s UVPs, services, customer journey, and core values.
- Drive the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Leverage your strong network and relationship-building skills to uncover new business leads and expand existing accounts.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities and forecast targets accurately
- Attend networking events, conferences, expos, and other industry events to promote Compleat’s services.
- Work closely with the business development team to ensure alignment in overall strategy and goals.
- Actively participate in team meetings, contributing to discussions and sharing insights.
- Maintain accurate contact and sales records in CRM systems, ensuring timely follow-up and proper tracking of leads.
Relationship Management
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to generate long-term business with existing accounts and new opportunities.
- Understand each customer’s unique needs and communicate them to internal teams using our CRM and systems to align expectations and ensure best possible outcomes.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communication to internal and external stake holders throughout the sales funnel, championing customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Sales/Business Development
- Proven track record of securing and closing new business, particularly in B2B and commercial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of lead generation and prospecting, negotiating and closing, sales goals and quotas.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to balance multiple projects in an ever changing, fast-paced environment.
- Strong sense of urgency, curiosity, and a problem solving mentality
- Proficiency in Google Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in restoration, construction, or similar industries
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suites, CRM systems, and industry-specific software.
- In-depth understanding of local market dynamics and competitive landscape.
Working Conditions:
- Frequent local travel for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
- Job site visits may involve exposure to construction environments with varying conditions (e.g., weather, noise, safety gear requirements).
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule and attend business functions outside of normal office hours.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record for travel.
Safety Requirements:
This position is safety-sensitive, requiring adherence to safety protocols at all times when on job sites. The role requires occasional use of safety equipment (e.g., hard hats, gloves) and compliance with safety regulations during site visits. Safety training and PPE is provided.

Salary : $115,000
