Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
- Guide customers through our service offerings, assess their needs, and recommend the best solutions.
- Manage billing, invoicing, and maintain accurate records.
- Schedule appointments efficiently and ensure smooth coordination.
- Provide administrative support to the office and service teams, assisting with day-to-day operations.
What We're Looking For:
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, including sales conversations.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new software (CRM experience is a plus).
- 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role (experience in the cleaning or service industry is a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently.
- Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to shift priorities quickly.
