Job Summary
The Branch Manager oversees all aspects of branch operations, including staff management, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have strong leadership skills, a proven management background, and experience in restoration or a related industry.
Essential Functions

- Oversee daily branch operations for efficiency, compliance, and safety
- Implement company policies, procedures, and standards
- Oversee branch Project Managers
- Participate in leadership meetings, on-call rotations, and assist in field operations during high-demand periods or staffing gaps
- Manage branch budgets and forecasts
- Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures
- Ensure profitability through effective financial oversight
- Oversee restoration projects to ensure timely, budget-conscious completion, including all required documentation
- Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and ensure proper documentation
- Address issues promptly to maintain project quality and client satisfaction
- Maintain facility cleanliness, equipment functionality, and inventory organization
- Approve utility bills and vendor invoices; coordinate necessary services
- Conduct performance evaluations and communicate hiring needs
- Create a core values-driven team environment through training and support, fostering employee retention and growth
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, insurance adjusters, subcontractors, vendors, and potential referral sources
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices and adopt relevant technologies
- Must be available 24/7
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Branch Manager or similar role, preferably in restoration
- Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and industry software (e.g., DASH, Xactimate)
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- IICRC certifications in Water, Fire, and Mold Restoration are a plus
- Project management-related training and/or certifications
