Minimum Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in carpentry and restoration
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check
• Proficiency in:
  • Trim work
  • Painting
  • Drywall hanging and finishing

Work Schedule Options:

We offer flexible scheduling to meet your needs:

• Option 1: Four 10-hour shifts per week (adjusting to five 8-hour days during holiday weeks or as needed).
• Option 2: Traditional schedule of five 8-hour shifts per week.

Additional Requirements:

• Participation in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule for emergency response
• Availability for additional support during major disasters
• Overtime as required

Essential Responsibilities:

• Perform carpentry and restoration tasks as directed by the Construction Coordinator
• Deliver high-quality craftsmanship in all restoration projects
• Collaborate with team members and subcontractors for efficient project completion
• Participate in the company’s 24/7 emergency response rotation
• Monitor material usage to maintain quality and minimize waste
• Operate company vehicles in compliance with safety policies
• Supervise temporary workers and subcontractors as assigned
• Adhere to all company safety standards
• Perform other duties as assigned
