Minimum Qualifications:
- No experience required
- Ability to follow directions
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Willingness to learn documentation and processes
Work Schedule:
- Monday – Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Overtime as needed
Essential Responsibilities:
- Follow detailed cleaning instructions and complete tasks to high standards of quality
- Manage time efficiently to complete assignments within deadlines
- Work closely with team members to maintain a productive and supportive environment
- Take direction from supervisors and implement feedback effectively
- Maintain a professional attitude when working in customer homes or businesses
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times
- Perform other cleaning-related tasks as assigned by supervisors
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation and respond to emergency jobs when available
- Perform other duties as assigned
