MARKETING SPECIALIST

Compleat Restorations is a locally owned and operated restoration company in South Central PA. Our headquarters are located in Ephrata, PA, with additional offices in York and Allentown. This role will be instrumental in helping execute our marketing strategy by engaging with our audiences through the deliberate and brand-centric use of social media.

Position Overview:

As Compleat’s Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for managing and executing our social media strategy across a variety of channels. Working closely with the marketing team and reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, you’ll help to drive brand awareness, increase audience engagement, and grow our share of voice through organic and paid campaigns. Researching, measuring engagement, and reporting on performance metrics will also be an integral part of your role. You’ll also have the opportunity to capture, create, and curate content that helps to tell our brand story in new and compelling ways.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day management of social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
• Monitor and promptly respond to community engagement, including comments, messages, reviews, and mentions.
• Partner with the Marketing Team to brainstorm content ideas, campaign concepts, and develop bi-annual content calendars.
• Craft organic social media content that aligns with the company’s voice, branding, and business goals. 
• Guide, proof, and utilize S.M.A.R.T. intern’s content creation to support efforts.
• Engage with our team, visit jobsites, and Compleat-sponsored community events to capture content for social media channels.
• Ensure that all content is on-brand and optimized for each social platform, implement feedback and edits as necessary.
• Assist with the scheduling, optimization, and reporting of organic and paid social media campaigns (Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).

Collaboration & Cross-Department Support:

• Collaborate with other teams (e.g., design, content, human resources, and project teams) to align social media efforts with larger marketing and business goals as identified by the Sales & Marketing Director.
• Support the execution of email marketing campaigns and other digital initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience working with successful social media campaigns or digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of all social media platforms, including META, LinkedIn, TikTok.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Primarily Photoshop, Premiere Pro) and Google Workspace.
• Exceptional organization and communication skills with the ability to balance multiple projects in an ever changing environment.
• Strong sense of curiosity and attention to detail.
• Passion for community and being a brand ambassador for Compleat, having excellent knowledge of our mission, brand values, and services.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency with Apple, WordPress, ASANA, and GA4.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices.
• Experience promoting events through social media and driving attendance.

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

• A mix of office, community events, residential, and commercial work sites
• Potential for prolonged exposure to noise from power tools and machinery
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds at a time
• Prolonged periods of sitting in vehicles and at a desk
• Exposure to standard work site environments
