Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in mitigation (5 preferred)
- Experience managing residential and commercial mitigation projects
- Ability to follow directions and lead a team
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience with or willingness to learn mitigation documentation and processes
Work Schedule:
- Monday – Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Overtime as needed
Essential Responsibilities:
Lead and direct mitigation crews according to industry standards
- Maintain thorough documentation on job sites
- Ensure quality control and job site safety
- Communicate effectively with customers, project managers, and supervisors
- Perform restoration tasks to high standards of quality
- Complete assignments promptly and professionally
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation and respond to emergency jobs when available
- Operate company vehicles responsibly
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned
