SUMMARY: A Fulfillment Operator I is responsible for completing orders and has expertise in Picking or Packing. A Fulfillment Operator I is expected to understand all aspects of their job and adhere to safety, quality, and production standards. Works efficiently, has a strong work ethic and is detail oriented. Maintains good attendance, flexibility in job assignments, adaptability to changing business needs by continually learning and applying new skills.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Reads and follows work instructions, procedures, policies, safety procedures and completes various forms and reports.
- Active team participant while operating within the team boundaries.
- Accountable with other team members for team performance.
- Identifies performance gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Works with documentation involved in Fulfillment and responsible for maintaining accuracy and attention to detail towards Fulfillment Operations
- May have the ability to drive and operate the Order Picker and/or Wave equipment.
- Implement and Maintain 2S Standards in the warehouse.
- Works with Supervisor in maintaining Order Fulfillment Accuracy.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Uses computers, label printers, Electronic Guns and Other Production equipment effectively.
- Escalates Software, Equipment and Process issues to Production Supervisor
- Maintains good attendance, flexibility in job assignments, adaptability to changing business needs, and continually learns and applies new skills.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedures manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
