Responsibilities
As a GNA Geriatric Nursing Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing personalized care to our residents, attending to their physical and emotional needs
- Conducting ADLs such as bathing, dressing, serving meals, and ambulating
- Maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment for residents
- Completing reports and records accurately and efficiently
- Following local, state, and federal guidelines in performing duties
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in long-term care settings, preferably as a GNA Geriatric Nursing Assistant
- An active GNA Geriatric Nursing Assistant license
